My time at Pathwright tends to be a fun mixture of writing code and developing processes that help our team work more efficiently. Outside work, I love training others to code, running outdoors, and family life with two high-energy boys.

As a self-taught web developer, I love being able to share the gift of learning code. In early 2020, I converted my former freelance web work into an agency (3Lines Web Development), and began training and employing some folks who showed an interest in learning to develop. 

With only a small amount of learning experience and no formal training, our developers learn everything on the job. It is rewarding to see how they have grown in their skill so quickly, and now in fact do most of the work without me.
